The term “conflict resolution” is routinely used in today’s conversations regarding professional and personal disagreements.  The conflicts that occur in the workplace are those that we address most frequently at Getitresolved.com.   In that context, a conflict may be defined as any disagreement or dispute that stems from a difference of opinion, philosophy, ideology, or personality.  The resolution if not resolved between the parties themselves is generally accomplished through a process in which a third party, who has no personal interest in the existing conflict among the parties, facilitates a mutually acceptable resolution of the disagreement between two or more people.
